Edgington Studio's 2025 Holidays at the Mansion
To celebrate 50 years of decorating tradition at the Oglebay Mansion Museum, Edgington Studio and The Jeweled Bird teamed up once again to create a one-of-a-kind holiday display inspired by the Mansion’s 2009 theme, “Dressed for the Holidays.” Reimagined as “Let it Sew, Let it Sew, Let it Sew,” this year’s dining room transformed into a charming tailor shop that showcased the artistry and craftsmanship behind garment creation.
The display invited guests to step behind the scenes of the fashion process, highlighting everything from fabric selection and pattern development to sewing and fitting. Featuring handcrafted pieces, vintage-inspired touches, and the tools of the trade, the room celebrated the many steps that bring a garment from an idea to reality.
This collaboration was a special opportunity to combine our shared appreciation for Wheeling’s history, fashion, and storytelling while honoring a beloved holiday tradition. We are grateful to contribute to the continued magic of Holidays at the Mansion and share the joy of sewing with visitors throughout the season.
